Why Ron Paul IS Worth Fighting For

I keep reading articles and comments about Ron Paul being such a long shot that he is not worth fighting for. How wrong they are! When you have a President who says:

*"Stop throwing the Constitution in my face," Bush screamed back. "It's just a goddamned piece of paper!"

then it is time to wake up and start supporting someone who believes that the Constitution is the supreme rule of the land.

When you have a government that continues to undermine that rule of law, like our President with his Executive Orders (look some of those up.. Past Presidents have been just as bad as this guy is! ...yes, I am asking you to do some research!), signing statements and a complacent Congress who just hands all their powers over to him, then it is time to start supporting someone who actually believes that government should be small, should not interfere in our lives, and should work FOR us, not AGAINST us!

Yes, Ron Paul's ideas may seem archaic, but then a majority of the people in the US have never actually sat down and read the US Constitution and the Bill of Rights. How can you know what has been taken away from you if you have never read it? I urge all Americans to get a copy of the Constitution and read it. Read it like your life depends on it because your life DOES depend on it! And then get a copy of the US PATRIOT ACT and read it. Then look at the new bill Congress is trying to get passed in Congress. HR 1955 titled the Violent Radicalization and Homegrown Terrorism Prevention Act of 2007 and don't forget LOST (Law of the Sea Treaty).

When you have a government that is seriously trying to take away our inalienable rights and call it security, then we need a voice like Ron Paul to set them straight.

Once you know what IS in the Constitution, then you will understand why Ron Paul wants to abolish the Federal Reserve (only Congress can print money!) and the IRS (taxing our wages is unconstitutional and the 13th Amendment was never fully radified!), end Executive Orders (ONLY Congress can make laws!) and Signing Statements (just another way around Congress!), and stop our Country from being a Welfare State and bring jobs back to America!

And finally, you need to stop playing into the Left/Right paridigm that so many of us are accustomed to in this country. Both sides are playing the same game! Neither side really cares about what WE THE PEOPLE want or need. They have an agenda that they are working towards (yes, the New World Order and no, it is not a conspiracy theory!) and they will continue this agenda as long as WE THE PEOPLE allow them.
